Technician, Building Services Engineer, Facility Management Service Technician (m/f/d)

What awaits you:

• Operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the building’s technical systems

• Coordination of external service providers and monitoring of maintenance work and safety requirements

• Documentation of technical measures and teamwork, including support during events and emergencies

Your profile:

• Completed technical/trade qualification with several years of professional experience

• Strong knowledge of electrical, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing/sanitary systems

• Technical understanding, willingness to work shifts/on-call duty, a valid driving licence, and German language skills at C1 level
