THIS IS THE JOB

You represent the Store Manager* of your store—with everything that entails

Together with the Store Manager*, you lead the store team—modern leadership is second nature to you; you motivate your employees* with attractive goals and support their development through coaching and training

Together with the Store Manager*, you recruit employees* and ensure they are onboarded and trained optimally

You keep an eye on the business performance of your store and derive appropriate measures to ensure success

Your store always showcases the latest trends—this inspires our customers* and drives sales

You handle administrative tasks in the back office
