Pink October at Wroclavia – Take Care of Your Health!

Breast cancer is the most common cancer among women, but early detection gives up to a 90% chance of full recovery. Regular screenings are key to staying healthy – the statistics are clear: prevention saves lives!

On October 14 (Tuesday), as part of the international Pink October campaign, a mobile mammography unit will be available outside Wroclavia. It’s a perfect opportunity to take care of yourself – no prior registration required.

What’s on offer?

  • Free mammography for women aged 45–74 who have not had an NFZ-funded screening in the past 24 months.
  • Paid examinations available for women outside the reimbursed program.

Where? In the Kiss & Ride zone at Joannitów Street, outside Wroclavia

When? October 14, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Registration? Not required – just come by!

Pink October is part of Wroclavia’s Autumn Health Days series, which also includes free skin examinations, spirometry tests, and prostate cancer prevention screenings.
